Francis Blomefield & Charles Parkin: ''An Essay Towards a Topographical History of the County of Norfolk'', London, William Miller, 1805-1809, large paper copy, volumes 2-7 & 10 only (of 11 volumes), volumes present cover Thetford, Grimeshou, Wayland, Forehoe (vol. 2); Norwich Part 1 (vol. 3); Norwich Part 2, with large engraved folding plan of Norwich at end (large closed tear but else ok), (vol. 4); Humbleyard, Depwade, Earsham & Henstead (vol. 5); South Greenhoe & South Erpingham (vol. 6); Gallow, Brothercross, Blofield & Clackclose (vol. 7); Launditch, Loddon, Mitford, Smethdon & Taverham (vol. 10), other than Norwich plan appears to be without other plates, large 4to (32 x 25cm), contemporary paper covered boards worn, crudely rebacked cloth, some vols. lacking part/all of cloth backstrips. Scarce in large paper form, good reference (7)
